Frequently asked questions

Business Clarity & Decision Support for SMBs and VSMBs

What is this meeting?

It is a general business conversation for examining a problem, decision, or opportunity. I combine business, product, technology, data, leadership, and process improvement to find bottlenecks, challenge assumptions, and organize a direction.

What kind of situation can I bring?

Stalled growth, CAC, LTV, or retention, slow or expensive operations, technology, data, automation or AI, competing priorities, hiring, investment, a new line of business, or a situation you cannot yet classify.

Do I need to know the root cause?

No. Describe what is happening and what you have tried. Separating symptoms from causes and finding the main bottleneck are part of the work.

Will you act as our CTO, executive, or operator?

No. I do not assume an ongoing role or run the operation. I provide an independent perspective, similar to a board-level second opinion, applied to one concrete situation.

Can we discuss marketing, technology, or finance?

Yes, when those disciplines are part of the business problem. The meeting organizes diagnosis and direction; it does not replace ad management, accounting, financial advice, technical implementation, or other specialist execution.

What happens during the conversation?

We organize context, evidence, and constraints; distinguish symptoms from causes; find the bottleneck or greatest leverage; compare options and consequences; and define a direction and next step.

What do I leave with?

A clearer reading of the problem, decision, or opportunity; explicit assumptions and limits; comparable options; a recommended direction; and the next move capable of producing a result or useful evidence.

What if information is confidential?

Share only what is authorized. You may mark information as unknown, undisclosable, or available only after an NDA. Those limits will be treated explicitly.

Do you guarantee the result of the decision?

No. Business decisions remain exposed to execution, markets, and uncertainty. My commitment is to rigorous reasoning, visible consequences, and a direction proportionate to the available evidence.

You bring the situation. I apply multidisciplinary experience to find what matters and organize a direction.
